You will be hiring for band 6 and 7 roles for both Colombia and Shared Service Center business units and leading hiring projects for early career and intern programs and diversity hiring strategies and initiatives. About the Role: The Talent Engagement Specialist role takes ownership for the balanced delivery of forward-thinking talent outcomes across the Colombia Market and ensures key business priorities are understood alongside the overarching global talent principles such potential, growth mind-set and diversity & inclusion. Drive the early career hiring process for Colombia and Shared Service Center Business Units from end to end focusing on forward-thinking execution which is reflected in the performance metrics of diversity and inclusion, time to fill, candidate experience scores, sourcing mix (including referrals) and others as agreed globally / with the line manager. A thorough understanding, and application of data, trends and insights is vital to deliver to the standards expected. Leads the talent engagement processes, providing standard service in line with critical metrics and market needs, ensuring great candidate experience – internal and external. Contributes to the development and application of the global policies and tools that enable the resourcing process. Delivers scale and pace to build agility in sourcing to support changes in business priorities and ensure the diverse talent pipeline the organization needs to achieve its goals. Builds positive relationships across multiple partner groups. Activates the Employer Brand in conjunction focusing campaigns to critical hires and/or focus areas for diversity to ensure the internal and external talent pools and pipelines are deep and strong and highly engaged with our brand. In addition, there will be deep knowledge of Diageo’s reward and compensation approach in order to win candidate acceptance and where appropriate support hiring managers to secure great talent into our organization. Works with the diversity recruitment strategy for Colombia and embed into the multi-year talent plan. Builds strong relationships across multiple partner groups, including different cultures/markets, internal & external. Brings thoughtful creativity and experimentation to the hiring process especially through building a strong understanding of the external market and landscape and is able to react to this with pace and agility and this flows through to the way the organization shows up and interacts with the business and internal as well as external talent. Contributes to the development and application of the global policies and tools that enable the resourcing process. Drives strong advocacy around the employee referral program to enable a truly global program for internal engagement and external hiring. Supports in market campaigns to ensure the Candidate Pipeline Team are being enabled to build talent pipelines for Diageo. Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages: A talent acquisition professional, with experience on full cycle recruitment Outstanding organizational abilities Client /customer centric – drive and want to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding partner and candidate experience Experience of leading multiple partners in a fast-paced environment Strong external radar and awareness of external standard methodology Have exceptional consultative skills and be able to influence action and change with partners Project management skills An ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations Results focused – creativity to find and implement unique solutions English & Spanish Worker Type :Regular Primary Location:Bogota - IMC Additional Locations : Job Posting Start Date : 2021-09-10-07:00
