What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

- Contact top level potential clients to assess them in the selection of the right executive education program.

- Identify clients' needs based on their professional experience and interests.

- Manage various communication channels, including IB/OB voice, video, email, chat, and file sharing.

- Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.

- Contribute to enrich the customer approach and sales strategy.

- Share best practices, constructive feedback, and suggestions for continuous improvement.

- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time, within their category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the TDCX Quality Management System

Who are we looking for?

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. (B2B Sales or consultive sales)

- Demonstrated hands-on experience on customer services, sales, lead qualification, and contact verification.

- Experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office.

- Showcases reliability and the ability to engage high profile leads.

- Able to work independently.

- Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail, research and tailor client solutions or products.

- Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
