**About the role**This is a diverse and dynamic role with varying responsibilities.You will be responsible for the coordination of the employee housing, from rooms assignment to signing of the contracts, reporting of problems, employee’s arrival, and departure. You will ensure that standards and procedures are being followed to continually improve the employee experience and preservation of hotel’s apartments.The People & Housing Coordinator will oversee the setup and implementation of the Social Corporate Responsibility plan for the hotel, together with the People & Culture Director and the General Manager.You will be assisting the People & Culture Team in the daily operations of the department.

Collaborating in talent acquisition activities, personnel administration tasks, internal communication, internal events planning & coordination, training,and many more exciting projects. We expect from you as well to help us grow by bringing to the table fresh ideas and projects you are passionate about.In this role, you will be part of the weekly People & Culture meetings, wellbeing committee and participate in the management of different initiatives.**What’s in it for you** You will have the opportunity to join one of the leading luxury lifestyle hotels of Southern Europe, located in Ibiza, the Balearics. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management. English Fluency (B2+ or above) and independent speaker level of Spanish (B2). Passion for people’s development, good communications skills, outgoing personality and enjoy working with teams. Demonstrate personal integrity. Excellent organization and planning skills. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. User level of Microsoft Office. Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza
