Full Job Description We are looking for an Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process in telecom industry, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force. Core Responsibilities Develop positive relationships with Telecom, IT, Data Center, Data Transport and Data Security clients Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs Generate new business using new and existing customer networks Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Increase Sales Set and track sales account targets that align with company objectives Requirements Requirements English Level C1+ Proven experience as a Account Manager or Sales Account Executive Ability to deliver excellent customer experience Knowledge of CRM software Excellent communication and negotiation skills BenefitsWhat we offer Competitive salary Monthly food allowance Performance-based bonuses High-quality health care options Only CVs in English will be taken into consideration.
