The Global I2C Manager will lead deployment and governance of global template capabilities for Invoice to Cash, maximizing stakeholder input and feedback, analyzing issues, recommending and implementing process improvements, and analyzing functionality change requests from business partners. This person will be the primary contact for the LATAM I2C team for training, process discussions, and supporting ad hoc business challenges. The Manager will engage with Deliver and Commercial partners to ensure the integrity of the end to end Quote to Cash taxonomy. The role will drive global initiatives and identify opportunities to apply global lessons learned to local and regional projects. This role will contribute to the operational excellence of Global Services in its delivery of Effectiveness, Efficiency and Employee Experience. Primary responsibilities include managing updates, additions or noted statutory exceptions for process documentation (process flows, taxonomy), ensuring all proposed changes are presented and approved by the Global Process Owner. Aligning with cross functional global teams, including Compliance. Influencing the organization towards continuous process improvement and efficiency tools. Supporting adoption of change through communication and training efforts and partnering with broader project team to confirm the successful implementation and adoption of new global processes. As the I2C Manager will be accountable to partner and lead projects and initiatives to align with and deploy I2C global processes including guiding local SME’s to ensure understanding of template, sub-processes and evaluation of process gaps. Maintaining training materials, testing systems and work instructions. Work closely with PMO and local teams to complete projects within timelines, and provide support during Hypercare The Global I2C Manager will also collaborate with appropriate IT groups as it pertains to relevant I2C business improvement efforts and liaise between IT and business groups involved in executing standardized processes. The role will keep current with emerging technologies and developments to ensure business efficiency and excellence. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required (preferably a major in Accounting or Finance). Minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance or IT is required; Finance Invoice to Cash experience (process and integration impacts) strongly preferred Additional background in Supply Chain or Customer Services preferred SAP ECC experience is required, with knowledge of RM-FSCM preferred Winshuttle, Alteryx, Appian and OCR experience is preferred Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in English and Spanish – written and verbal are required.
