We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us scale and grow our IT teams globally.Ultimately, this professional will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.**Key Responsibilities**: Manages the staffing process for the Technical practice areas to ensure a clear understanding of resource needs and position criteria Write and post technical job descriptions Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Creates and manages sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of methodologies such as Linked In, social media, resume mining, job postings, associations, alumni,

employee referrals, etc. Develops and implements effective and efficient recruiting strategies, specific to the tech environment Ensures that all recruiting processes are documented, consistent and efficient. Works with the HR team and hiring managers to understand client departments' objectives and anticipates staffing needs Provides quarterly and annual reports including key metrics for recruitment activity and results Continuously identifies, builds and maintains relationships for networking and referrals Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals Conducts reference checks Manages the offer process Helps implement the ATS (applicant tracking system) and then continues to update and maintain the necessary information in the system Participates in local recruiting events as necessary When approved, manage external employment agency relationships and process Keeps up-to-date with new technological trends and products Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.G. phone, MS Teams) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.G. social media recruiting and Boolean search) A successful track record of sourcing and filling positions in a fast-paced environment through a variety of sourcing techniques such as Linked In, resume mining, job boards, networking and recruiting events, etc. Versatile; ability to adapt to change Professionally persistent and self-driven Ability to influence and negotiate Ability to work independently and proactively Sharp business and tech acumen Is experimental and not be afraid to try new recruiting methods Self-starter and results-oriented
