Ability to work under pressure and handle high volume of inquiries and customers, open to changes, self-motivated, self-disciplned. Excellent team worker.
Responsabilities:
Bring general customer support
To create and promote excellent and strong customers relationship.
Feeding shipping line´s main and local system
To promote e-commerce tools use to all customers
To facilitate an effective and timely solutions to customers.
To generate reports requested by managers, directors or head quarter.
English proficiency is a must
