About the team:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS.
About the role:
TikTok is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to support our Peru clients out of the Bogota, Colombia office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. The candidate will have operational knowledge of local clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital teams.
A proven track record in scaling client investment is a must.
Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market. You'll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities;
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across the territory;
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;
- Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
- Educate partners on TikTok products and best practices.
- Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Outline and oversee all measurement strategies for clients in relation to tracking metrics and delivering results
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
- Consult and coach clients and agencies to achieve greater results on TikTok solutions
- Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia and support the Peruvian market
- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
- Understanding of digital media environment
- Experience working with key stakeholders
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Peruvian market knowledge and industry connections
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction,
and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
