Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist!
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team and make a difference.
Position: Customer Success Specialist
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
· Process CDH claims and assist consumers via phone, email, and chat.
· Approve and process claims and receipts daily.
· Maintain organized claim files for clients and consumers.
· Assist consumers with account access issues.
· Process daily reimbursements via direct deposit or check.
· Document and resolve consumer issues through daily calls.
Additional Duties:
· Train team members and address management queries regarding CDH issues.
· Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school graduate with 1-3 years of related claims processing experience preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
