Hello,

We are seeking a highly skilled English-speaking customer service and tech support professional to join our team and elevate our customer experience. This is a remote job, so you can work from home. As a customer support representative, you will focus on building and nurturing client relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of customer interactions in English. You will collaborate with our customer service and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. If you are a self-motivated, organized,



and dedicated individual with a passion for helping customers, we encourage you to apply.

ABOUT YOU:

- Exceptional English communication skills, particularly over the phone. At least a B2 Level of English.
- Proficient in typing and composing clear, accurate emails and chat responses.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to assist customers.
- Highly dependable and dedicated to fulfilling customer needs.
- Maintains a positive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

- Handle customer service emails and online chat.
- Handle pre purchase inquiry inbound phone calls.
- Handle post purchase inbound phone calls.
- Handle post purchase technical troubleshoot phone calls.
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) May be needed on some Saturdays.
