This is a customer-focused role; thus, you will professionally engage with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and handle various scenarios to help them solve their issues.

Here at Conectys we work together to support each other in a common interest, making our customer's success our own success.Within your role, you will:Offer support via phone, e-mail or chatAnswer & solve customers' inquiries & complaints by offering an accurate solutionFollow predefined workflows & handle issues specific to each communication channelRespond to all customers inquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlinesTake, register & solve notifications or complaintsUpdate the database with all the details about each customer interactionParticipate in testing/launching/implementing new working products or toolsWhat will make you successful for the role:A C1 level of Spanish (both written & spoken)A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)Experience in Contact Center could be an advantageCuriosity, always looking for solutionsAttention to detail and "willing-to-help" attitudeExcellent computer skillsWorkplace:Cali, Valle del Cauca/Model:Work from officeSounds good?
