You'll support the entire employee lifecycle and serve as a vital link between candidates, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.Location:Bogotá #96, Colombia (Hybrid role)What you'll do: Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems for North America region and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Support payroll, hiring, terminations, contract renewals, and labor law compliance.
Provide HR reporting and analytics for internal teams and external agencies.
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process.
Coordinate onboarding activities such as background checks, paperwork, and scheduling.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, C&B;, and Finance to ensure smooth HR operations.
Drive process improvements and support HR projects and audits.What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in HR or related careers.
1–2 years of experience in HR roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and ATS (ADP, iCIMS preferred).
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Excellent organizational, multitasking,



and customer service skills.
