We are seeking aTrade KAM Leadto strengthen OTC and Consumer Health performance at the point of sale.
This role will ensure flawless execution of commercial fundamentals, achievement of sales objectives, and development of a high-performing sales force.Main Responsibilities:Deliver sales and transfer targets, securing strong brand presence in collaboration with Commercial, Trade Marketing,
and Brand teams.Ensure coverage and effective execution in priority markets.Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to adjust commercial strategies.Oversee product rotation and in-store execution through the sales and field teams.Create and implement account-level action plans in partnership with Retail.Provide accurate sales forecasts and highlight business risks and opportunities.Lead talent initiatives including retention, capability building, and recruitment.Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.Solid background in OTC and Consumer Health.Strong knowledge of sales execution models in consumer markets.Advanced English level.
