This position will work very closely with our Design, Event, and Customer teams to deliver innovative brand awareness campaigns.Reporting to the Director of Brand & Customer Marketing, the Brand & Marketing Coordinator will support design and coordinate development of internal and external brand and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, conversion, retention & leads.
This individual should possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate innovative thinking in maintaining brand consistency while pushing the boundaries to set us apart in the industry.As Brand & Marketing Coordinator,
You Will...Refine and elevate brand image and design in internal presentations and communicationsExecution of event sponsorships including coordination of internal resources, deadlines, design elements and vendor managementCollaborate with the Events team on booth design and promotional item designCoordinate internal stakeholders, outside suppliers, agencies, consultants, vendors, negotiations and contracts for eventsSupport Events Manager and Design Team in collaborating with Campus Operations to design site visit decks, welcome slides, and additional marketing collateralSupport coordinating prospect and client campus visits and events in conjunction with sales and operations teams, campus director and facilities.Support Customer Marketing with content ideation and design mappingOwn content calendar,
keeping up to date for cross functional teamsManage content publication on the company websiteAdministrative lead for and other cross-functional brand and communications collaboration toolsProduction administration including but not limited to: booking our speakers, video assistance, purchasing propsOversee all Docusign and PO (Netsuite) processing for Marketing departmentOversee credit card receipt processing for Marketing departmentExecute against the brand annual KPIs and play an integral role in the development of Marketing's yearly plans to achieve brand goalsAs Brand & Marketing Coordinator, You Have...A Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training2 years experience in brand marketing and event support to position and evolve brands in the marketplace according to specific organizational goalsStrategic thinking and planning skillsExperience handling large budgets and delivering large global initiativesExcellent project management skillsExcellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple work streams concurrently
