Customer Service Representative – The Garden

Responsibilities
Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls.
Provide accurate and timely responses for inquiries via email and live chat support channels.
Strive for good customer satisfaction and experience, and handle all calls professionally according to the client's quality guidelines.
Qualifications
Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills.
Full-time availability,
48 hours per week.
Residence in Cali, Palmira, Yumbo or Jamundí.
