At GPS Trackit, we are seeking a dedicatedCustomer Service Representative (After Hours)to join our team remotely from anywhere in Colombia.

and RMA ordersVerify product and/or service installations to ensure accuracyTroubleshoot GPS-related issues and assist with resolutionsProvide support for ELD (Electronic Logging Device) inquiries and troubleshootingAddress software-related questions and assist customers in resolving issuesHandle invoice inquiries and general account-related questionsManage account and unit deactivations, along with other tasks as assigned, in compliance with company policies and regulationsWhat Will You Bring to the Team:A minimum of 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service, with a proven ability to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficientlyFluent in English, with a C1 or C2 level proficiency, able to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formsComfortable working with GPS technology, ELD systems, and customer service software; ability to quickly learn new systems and toolsStrong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify solutions quickly and independentlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills,
