Bilingual Credit Analyst (Colombia)

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join a US-based company and support the processing, analysis, and approval of credit applications. This role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, solid understanding of credit risk, and the ability to evaluate financial information independently. Fluent English is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze credit applications using internal tools, credit reports, bank statements, and supporting documents.
- Make credit decisions within delegated authority and escalate higher-risk cases with clear rationale.
- Perform basic fraud checks, including OFAC screening and verification of applicant information.
- Collaborate with Sales, Closing,



and Risk teams to ensure smooth end-to-end transaction flow.
- Maintain accurate and complete data in credit systems and CRM platforms.
- Provide feedback on process improvements and participate in team training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial credit, equipment finance, or leasing preferred.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation or vocational equipment sectors is a plus.
