Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Chief Executive Officer located in Cartagena.
The Chief Executive Officer will oversee the day-to-day operations of Eagle Trading Academy, including strategic planning, business planning, and operations management. The CEO will also be responsible for financial management, optimizing sales strategies, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals. This leadership role requires a visionary approach to drive the company's mission forward, ensuring the highest standards of mentorship and training are met.
Qualifications
- Finance skills, including financial management and budgeting
- Operations Management and Business Planning skills
- Experience in Sales and optimizing sales strategies
- Strategic Planning skills for driving organizational goals
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the trading industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
