**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the benefits of solar energy and encouraging them to make the switch.
- Schedule consultations with our solar experts, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
**What We Offer**:

- Base salary of **$800 USD per month**.
- **$100 USD commission** per completed installation — with agents typically closing 5-10 installations monthly.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2+ years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- A competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-energy environment.
- Self-motivated and resilient, able to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Remote-ready setup**: A reliable computer, quality headset, and stable internet connection are required.
**Work Hours**:
- Monday to Friday from **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST**.
