We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.
In this position,
you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data and delivering insights that drive sound business decisions.
You will collaborate with leadership and various teams to optimize financial processes and enhance overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of monthly financial reports to uncover trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Share financial results and key insights with the Leadership Team on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Offer strategic business and financial guidance to help achieve organizational objectives
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure precision and alignment with company goals
- Build and maintain financial models and assist in structuring deals to secure beneficial outcomes for EPAM and its clients
- Streamline and automate financial reporting and processes to boost productivity and accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, or reporting/analytics positions
- Expertise in working with Excel, including the ability to interpret data, create charts, and develop Pivot
Tables
- Strong understanding of financial analysis techniques and tools
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex financial information to stakeholders
- Experience with Power
Point for creating professional presentations
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI for creating data visualizations and reports
- Understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis purposes
- Knowledge of VBA for automating processes and improving workflow efficiency
