At XYZies, we’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for coaching, developing people, and leading sales teams to success — we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to hit sales and quality KPIs
- Track performance, analyze data, and implement action plans
- Deliver regular coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations
- Handle team scheduling, escalations, and policy adherence
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
What we’re looking for
- English level: B2+ (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Data-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Office/Google Suite tools
- Empathy, adaptability, and accountability

- Base salary: $3.900.000 COP + team-based commissions
