based in Bogotá, Colombia.
This strategic leadership role will drive our market presence across Latin America through innovative field marketing programs, compelling narrative development, and strong ecosystem partnerships.
The ideal candidate will combine deep regional expertise with proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing strategies that accelerate growth across diverse industries, with particular emphasis on managing and maximizing our strategic AWS partnership.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies across LATAM markets to drive adoption, customer success, and revenue growthLead the design and execution of high-impact activations, events, and co-selling programs aligned with sales and partner prioritiesOwn regional marketing playbook development and narrative building across key market segmentsBuild and manage strategic technology partnerships,
with AWS as a critical alliance requiring dedicated focus and alignmentContent Strategy & Narrative DevelopmentChampion narrative building and content creation tailored to diverse LATAM audiences, including public and private sector stakeholdersCreate compelling, culturally-relevant content that resonates across multiple languages and marketsDevelop high-value content assets including case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership reports, and executive presentationsTransform complex technology solutions into simple, relevant, and impactful narratives for C-level stakeholdersDefine and implement regional PR strategy to establish thought leadership across LATAMCross-Functional LeadershipFoster close collaboration with sales leadership, solution architects, partners,
and PR agencies to ensure message consistency and market impactPartner with integral marketing teams to localize and adapt campaigns for regional market dynamicsLead cross-functional initiatives that align marketing efforts with sales priorities and partner ecosystem strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with media, PR agencies, and industry analysts to enhance regional visibilityServe as primary marketing liaison for AWS partnership, ensuring alignment and maximizing joint go-to-market opportunitiesPerformance & OptimizationEstablish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing impact and ROIProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and resource allocationLeverage analytics for storytelling and demonstrating marketing's contribution to business outcomesDrive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness through testing and iterationQualificationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership rolesProven track record in field marketing, demand generation, and enterprise marketing in LATAM marketsDemonstrated success in managing technology partnerships and alliance marketing programsExperience in content strategy, PR, and narrative building for diverse audiences including public sectorLanguage Requirements: Native-level Spanish and advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics, including cultural nuances, business practices, and communication approachesExperience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior stakeholdersStrong project management capabilities with ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical executionPreferred QualificationsExperience working with cloud ecosystem partners and understanding of cloud technology landscapeProven ability to work with media, PR agencies, and industry analysts in LATAM marketsTrack record of producing industry thought-leadership contentKnowledge of LATAM public sector dynamics, including procurement models and communication sensitivitiesExperience building and leading distributed marketing teams across multiple countriesUnderstanding of digital transformation trends in LATAM enterprises and institutionsAnalytical mindset with expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data visualization toolsPrevious experience working with or for major technology vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google,
etc.)Additional InformationTravel RequirementsThis role requires approximately 40-50% travel throughout LATAM markets to support field activities, events, and stakeholder engagement.
