Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a
Financial Analyst
. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to join our dynamic and innovative team. The idóneo candidate will have experience in customer service and financial services, be bilingual in English and Spanish,



have strong Excel skills, and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage annual budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial forecasts.
- Financial Planning:
Develop short-term and long-term financial plans to support the company's strategic objectives.
- Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Compliance:
Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
- Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile accounts, and process financial transactions.
- Data Analysis:
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.




- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with B2 or better proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
