About the Role

As an Account Manager at Kaseya, you will play a key role in client engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, deliver value, and promote adoption of our award-winning IT Complete platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Proactively engage with clients to understand evolving business objectives
- Learn their business and initiate regular communications
- Anticipate challenges and provide preemptive solutions to enhance their experience

- Growth & Expansion Strategy

- Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Align strategies with customers for mutual success and account growth




- Monitor usage metrics and address adoption hurdles proactively

- Sales Execution & Communication

- Follow established sales checklists, processes, and timelines
- Maintain high-quality customer relationships directly tied to sales performance
- Deliver personalized sessions and promote best practices for product usage

- Product Expertise & Enablement

- Develop deep product knowledge and understand integrations
- Educate customers on new features, updates, and value
- Collaborate with technical specialists to highlight product benefits

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements
- Support onboarding and drive product adoption with tailored action plans
- Join proactive meetings to align strategies across departments

- Professional Growth & Development

- Work in a fast-paced, stimulating environment
- Access ongoing education and sales training to sharpen your skills

Requirements

- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales role
- Passionate about sales, growth-minded, and motivated by commissions




- Proven success in inside sales within a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
- A resilient achiever with a track record of exceeding goals
- Coachable, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create weekly, monthly, and rolling 6-week forecasts
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage leads and accounts
- Language: Proficient in Portuguese
