Role Mission
The
Product UX/UI Designer – Semi-Senior
will be responsible for creating seamless and consistent digital experiences across two key fronts:

EFY Platform (external clients):
multicurrency wallet, investments, on/off ramp, cards, and upcoming financial products.

Internal Tools:
CRMs, CX portals, operations dashboards, and management tools to improve efficiency, traceability,



and usability for EFY teams.

The mission is to turn
business insights and user research
into intuitive and scalable digital experiences, applying customer-centered design principles for
HNWI, corporate clients, and internal teams
.

Responsibilities

- Design user experiences for external products (wallet, multicurrency, on/off ramp, investments) and internal tools (CRM, management systems, operational portals)
- Lead the Internal Tools vertical, ensuring consistency and usability in internal workflows
- Support the design and optimization of key user flows (onboarding, registration, activation) in collaboration with stakeholders
- Translate business insights and research findings into intuitive, scalable interfaces aligned with EFY's brand identity
- Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and lead validation with internal and external users
- Ensure consistency in Design Systems, style guides, and brand identity across all EFY products
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Data, and CX teams in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure fast,



high-quality delivery
- Continuously measure and improve user experience through KPIs such as activation, retention, NPS, and customer satisfaction
- Design accessible and inclusive experiences aligned with UX best practices and WCAG standards
- Prioritize and organize the design backlog, aligning initiatives with the product roadmap
- Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in
- Identify opportunities for innovation by applying trends in AI, automation, and personalization
- Ensure all designs meet security, compliance, and usability standards required in fintech

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Systems Engineering, or related fields (not mandatory if strong experience is demonstrated)
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products in fintech,



digital banking, or product startups
- Experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing with internal and external users
- Experience in responsive and cross-platform design (web, mobile, internal dashboards)
- Knowledge of product metrics, activation funnels, and retention strategies
- Languages: Native Spanish and English B2+ proficiency
- Preferably previous experience in fintech (due to regulatory and product complexity)
- Remote position within LATAM

Technical Skills

- Figma (Advanced – required): UI design, components, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
- Design Systems (Advanced – required): creation, maintenance, and application of reusable visual components
- Interactive Prototyping (Advanced – required): low and high-fidelity prototypes for validation




- Usability Testing (Intermediate/Advanced – required): testing with HNWIs, corporates, and internal users
- Responsive & cross-platform design (Intermediate/Advanced – required)
- Collaboration tools (Desirable – Intermediate): Jira, Confluence, Notion, Mixpanel, Amplitude

Soft Skills

- Effective communication: ability to explain design rationale to technical and business audiences
- Collaboration: close work with Product, Tech, Compliance, and CX in agile cycles
- Critical thinking & problem-solving: analyzing complex challenges and proposing scalable solutions
- Adaptability: flexibility in changing business contexts and fintech regulations
- Extreme Ownership: taking full responsibility for deliverables, from research to handoff
- Customer obsession: designing experiences tailored to HNWIs, corporates, and select retail customers
