About the business area/department:
The Hospitality Security Operations Center (HOS SOC) is a critical function within Amadeus Hospitality, responsible for safeguarding the organization’s digital infrastructure, customer data, and operational integrity. It operates as a centralized command hub for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats across the hospitality ecosystem.
Summary of the role:
As Information Security Analyst, you’ll:
Monitor alerts / threats / notifications
Investigate incidents
Protect hospitality systems
You’ll collaborate across teams
Respond to real-time alerts
Help shape a secure digital environment for our security operations.
In this role you’ll:
As an Information Security Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines of our security operations—monitoring alerts, analyzing threats, and responding to incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. You’ll work closely with senior team members to identify and mitigate risks, while also contributing to compliance efforts by participating in activities and providing evidence to demonstrate our security posture. Beyond your core responsibilities, you’ll support your teammates and the broader organization through collaborative tasks that strengthen our overall defense.
About the adecuado candidate:
You bring at least 2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity operations, with a strong foundation in monitoring, analysis, and response.
Preference is given to candidates familiar with incident response, PCI or ISO compliance, and tools like Akamai, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or Qualys.
Security-related education or certifications are favorable.
You’re confident communicating in English and comfortable escalating or providing updates to senior managers and above.
