About the Job
Recruitment Ownership
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments (SEO, Web Dev, Sales, Tech, Creative, Client Success and Operations)
- Own job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain a structured and efficient hiring process that aligns with role scorecards and performance expectations.
- Partner with department leads to understand role requirements and team dynamics along with adecuado employee profiling.
- Track and report on key KPIs and Metrics e.g applicants sourced, solicited, response rates, qualified candidate pool, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate and quality of hire i.e time to hit quota from onboarding process to attrition percentage within first 6 months in role.
- Suggest process improvements based on funnel data and hiring velocity to ensure we meet our hiring forecast and can maximize growth according to market demand.
- Build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter (primarily), various job boards, employee referrals, and strategic partnerships with local Universities, Expat communities, and similar.
- Develop sourcing strategies to proactively fill current and future hiring needs while maintaining data hygiene of our talent pool and database.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Ensure a world-class candidate journey from first touch to offer (or feedback)
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to support employer branding through content, events, conferences and digital presence.
- Act as an internal ambassador of elev8’s culture, values, and growth vision
What you Bring
- 3+ years experience in recruitment, ideally in digital marketing, SaaS, tech, or agency settings.
- Proven track record using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems, and scorecards
- Strong grasp of recruiting funnel metrics and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Experience designing structured interviews and candidate evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) and Spanish
- High EQ and natural storytelling ability — you know how to sell elev8’s mission.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-accountability team environment.
