We are seeking a skilled systems architect to build a full-stack solution that automates and enhances personal injury demand writing, competing with EvenUp Law. The role involves setting up OCR pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs for demand drafting, and creating a secure client portal with dashboards and executive metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop OCR and AI pipelines to extract data from medical and legal documents
- Build LLM-powered workflows for accurate, persuasive demand generation
- Design a client portal with dashboards, case intake, and secure communication
- Architect integrations using APIs and ensure smooth data flow across platforms
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security
- Implement analytics for demand outcomes and executive reporting

Requirements:

- Strong experience with OCR tools (Tesseract, Textract, Google Vision, etc)




- Hands-on expertise with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Proficiency in Python/JavaScript and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and database management
- Knowledge of legal tech or personal injury workflows preferred

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience in legal tech or regulated industries
- Experience building scalable AI-driven products
- Background in system architecture and automation pipelines
