We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our U.S.-based marketing agency. This role is adecuado for someone passionate about search engine optimization, digital growth strategies, and performance tracking. You’ll play a key role in helping clients increase their online visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation.

As part of our digital marketing team, you’ll collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to deliver measurable results. This is a 100% remote position based in Colombia, where you will work closely with international clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines and user experience.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including backlink strategy and technical improvements.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and industry best practices.




- Prepare and present SEO reports to clients and internal teams in English.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Conversational English (able to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and team members).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
