As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered by a customer. This position is designed with a clear growth path, offering the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role and take on greater responsibilities, client relationships, and strategic decision-making.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, ensuring service quality and long-term partnerships.
- Carrier Sales: Negotiate rates, source and onboard carriers, and ensure capacity coverage aligned with operational needs.
- Track & Trace:



Monitor shipments in transit, provide real-time updates, and proactively resolve delays or incidents.
- Dispatch: Coordinate load assignments, dispatch carriers efficiently, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.

Minimum requirements:

- Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics-related.
- Experience: At least 1 or 2 year of experience working in Carrier Sales or Logistics.
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

Perks:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. Following the US Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite-term contract.
- Location: Remote Colombia (Medellín, Barranquilla, Bogota, Bucaramanga y Cartagena)
- Salary: $3.800.000 Cop
