The Claims Advocate Associate will be responsible to handle and execute all allocated tasks in accordance with the company’s documented service standards and work closely with multiple advocates How you'll make an impact:

- Need someone with strong communication skills
- Has proactive approach in highlighting any red flags or identifying opportunities
- Proficient with MS Office tools such Excel, word, PPT
- Basic understanding of an end-to-end Claims lifecycle and well versed with Insurance terminologies
- Good interpersonal skills as role would require interacting with multiple internal and external parties including advocates, producers, carriers, TPA etc.
- Should be task oriented and need to be proficient in multi-tasking
- Need to be open to work in high pressure environment where deliverables would be time sensitive
- High aptitude for self-sourcing answers, initiating critical conversations, and displaying resourcefulness
- Experience in interacting with carriers and an awareness of claims business processes from the carrier perspective

About you:
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3 years working in any of the Claims related processes with exposure in LOBs like Auto, Property, D&O;, Management Liability Practices and General Liability.
- Prior experience of working in end to end claims handling or at least 3 to 4 processes involving various stages of claims lifecycle.
- Advanced English Proficiency
