We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the real estate tech field. If you're tech-savvy and have a support-oriented background, this opportunity is for you
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Medellín)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CDT
English Required: 8.0 to 9.0
Education Required: High school or above
Workday: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support: Answer live chat questions from real estate agents.
- Triage and Troubleshooting: Perform triage questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Escalation: Escalate issues that can't be resolved easily.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office tools (Excel), basic picture editing, and understanding CSV files.
- Bug Reporting: Create tickets and report bugs.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus.
