As an Accounting Back Office, you will support administrative and financial processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across invoicing, payments, and financial transactions.
Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform the day-to-day processing of carrier and customer invoices within the TMS system
- Invoice a high volume of customer invoices and ensure accuracy of the details including charge amounts, signatures, locations etc within the paperwork
- Settle a high volume of carrier invoices and ensure accuracy of the details including the carrier pay, signatures, locations, and carrier pay to within the paperwork.
- Submit invoices to the customer on the applicable online customer portals
- Update carrier billing profiles as needed throughout the invoicing process
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any billing related questions that need addressed to complete the invoicing process
- Answer incoming accounting phone calls and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Call carriers to collect past due carrier paperwork and resolve any outstanding issues to get invoices processed
- Respond to carrier requests via email and and research payment discrepancies
- Communicate via phone, email, and Teams messaging with Customers, Carriers and Co-Workers
- Help update and create detailed guides for documenting the invoicing process
Requisitos mínimos :
- Studies: Desirable studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields that support AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial operations.
- Experience:2 years of billing experience; trucking, freight brokerage or logistics preferred
- Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, following the US Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract
- Places: Remote Colombia.
- Salary: 3.000.000 COP.
