As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

- Ensure the daily operating plan is executed and make necessary adjustments when issues arise to maintain full and efficient truck utilization.
- Data entry and maintenance in load boards, customer portals, and TMS related to routing, capacity, and shipment execution.
- Communication between brokers, customers, automotive plants, and logistics providers for coordination and problem resolution.
- Coordinate the flow of information related to shipment movement between owner/operators, drayage vendors, and terminal and rail operators within the network.
- Monitor and manage equipment flow to ensure capacity is available, including trailer equipment within the terminal service area.
- Freight booking and shipment administration for Motor Carrier, Logistics, and Brokerage operations.




- Coordinate and communicate delayed train notifications to affected plants and stakeholders.
- Ensure operational compliance with customer service commitments and internal procedures.
- Handle logistics design issues with providers for new or changing routes.
- Monitor and maintain revenue opportunities and capacity needs with terminal and regional fleets.
- Dispatching and execution of daily transportation operations.
- Track and Trace shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery and proactively resolve service issues.
- Work independently, making decisions that impact customer satisfaction and owner/operator operations.
- Assist with overflow of operational processes throughout the shift as needed.

Minimum requirements:

- Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a daily transportation operation, dispatch, customer service or similar.
- Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Following the US Calendar.
- Contract: Indefinite term contract
- Location: On site Medellin
- Salary: $3.400.000
