About the Role
The
Growth Advisor (Junior Level)
plays a critical role in driving business growth for DuartePino's clients by connecting strategy, execution, and performance across marketing, digital, and commercial initiatives. This role supports clients in Puerto Rico, the United States, and LATAM, working closely with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to activate growth roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong analytical instincts, project management discipline, and curiosity to learn how marketing connects to revenue, expansion, and long-term business strategy.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Integrated Project Management
- Facilitate integrated growth projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Maintain
timelines, project plans, status updates, and deliverables
across multiple initiatives.
- Assign tasks, coordinate resources, and ensure projects move forward efficiently amid changing priorities.
Growth Strategy Execution
- Support the execution of
growth-focused marketing roadmaps
, aligning brand, digital, content, and commercial initiatives to client objectives.
- Translate strategic plans into
clear, actionable initiatives
across channels that impact acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to identify
growth opportunities beyond marketing
, including customer experience, funnel optimization, and go-to-market execution.
Events & Activations
- Support the planning and execution of
events, launches, trade shows, and activations
as part of broader growth strategies.
- Coordinate promotion, follow-up, and performance tracking tied to these initiatives.
Commercial & Client Enablement
- Support the development of presentations, proposals, and growth narratives that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops,
and working sessions—often from client offices—acting as a bridge between strategy and execution.
- Assist in managing third-party partners (agencies, vendors, platforms) to ensure execution quality and consistency.
Data, Performance & Market Intelligence
- Utilize customer, sales, and campaign data to improve relevance through
targeted and triggered initiatives

- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to
growth insights
presented in Business Reviews and planning sessions.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and market trends to inform recommendations and growth hypotheses.
