We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide customer assistance through phone calls and face-to-face interactions in Bogotá. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys helping people and is confident in resolving issues and managing difficult situations. This is an on-site role based in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be responsible for
• Providing customer support by inbound and outbound calls, as well as face-to-face interactions
• Assisting users with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support requests
• Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with the team
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have
• Enjoy helping people and communicating with customers
• Have good problem-solving and conflict-management skills
• Communicate confidently and clearly in Spanish
• Are comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Have completed your education or are currently taking a break
• Have your own equipment in good conditions to work properly.
