We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Logistics Dispatcher
to coordinate daily deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, and handle dispatch-related administrative tasks. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor daily deliveries for multiple trucks
- Manage local delivery routes
- Coordinate multiple delivery stops per truck per day
- Provide customers with accurate ETA updates
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members
Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Respond promptly to emails and SMS messages
Administrative & Data Management
- Perform accurate data entry in the dispatch system
- Process delivery-related invoices
- Confirm customer payments
- Maintain clear and organized dispatch records
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, EST:
- 06:00 – 12:00
- 10:00 – 15:00
- 12:00 – 17:00
- 15:00 – 19:00
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or coordination preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish (EN + ES) required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
