We are a growing architecture & engineering firm seeking a Civil Engineer to manage structural and MEP projects and personally handle portions of the work when needed.
This role is idóneo for an engineer with direct Florida project experience who understands local permitting, coordination, and real-world execution. You'll oversee multiple projects, review drawings for quality and compliance, coordinate with architects and consultants, and step in hands-on where technical expertise is required.
Clear, professional English communication is essential. This role involves written correspondence, internal coordination, and technical discussions with architects, reviewers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities




Manage Florida-based structural and MEP engineering projects
Coordinate with architects, internal teams, and consultants
Review plans for Florida code compliance and constructability
Personally execute select structural and/or MEP designs
Support and guide junior engineers
Maintain quality, consistency, and schedule across projects
Required Qualifications
Civil Engineer with experience in Florida projects
Strong working knowledge of Florida codes and permitting
Above-average English proficiency (written and verbal)
Experience with structural and/or MEP systems
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable in a lead role while remaining hands-on
