About the Role: We are looking for our first Full Stack Developer to join the founding duo and take our platforms from beta to a fully scaled, compliant, and robust product. This is a critical hire; you won't just be writing code—you will be architecting the future of recovery support. We are specifically looking for a mission-aligned individual who is passionate about health tech and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Scale the Product: Take the existing React Native mobile app and web application out of beta and prepare them for a wider public launch.
Compliance & Security: Lead the technical implementation and maintenance of SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance to ensure user data is handled with the highest level of security.
Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end infrastructure.
Feature Ownership:



Work directly with the founders to prioritize the roadmap, translate user feedback into features, and iterate quickly.
System Architecture: Optimize the existing tech stack for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
Expertise in React Native for mobile development.
Proficiency in for web development.
Experience with Back-end architecture or similar).
Demonstrated experience setting up or maintaining SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant environments.
Proficiency with G-Suite and modern AI tools for development efficiency.
Soft Skills
