We're building something different.

Terra Impact Corp is a real estate platform focused on Latin America. Singularity Technologies is our R&D; arm, creating high-tech custom solutions for real estate clients across the world. The most complicated, interesting problems in the industry land on our desk.

This is a startup. You'll work directly with the founder. When we build for clients, you'll be in the room with their executives, not hidden behind layers of project managers.

Why this matters for you: you won't just build for one company. You'll gain institutional knowledge across the entire real estate industry, working on problems most engineers never see.

What you'll build

• Billing platform handling installment payments across multiple processors , Stripe, Shopify)

• Internal tools that make operations teams faster

• Autonomous AI agents using Claude Coworking, OpenClaw, and cutting-edge tooling

• Core platform infrastructure for Terra and Singularity's clients

What we're looking for

• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, databases, integrations, payment systems

• Comfortable across the stack when needed





• Genuinely curious about the current tech landscape. You're already experimenting, not waiting to be told.

• AI tools are part of how you work, not something you're "open to learning"

• You figure things out. Legacy docs, messy APIs, ambiguous requirements: none of it stops you.

Non-negotiables

• High curiosity. You're the person who's already tried the new thing before anyone asked.

• You leverage AI daily. Cursor, Claude, Copilot, whatever. It's how you ship faster.

This is not a good fit if

• You need detailed specs before you can start

• You've never integrated a payment API

• You're "interested in AI" but haven't actually used it to build anything

Stack

We care more about how you think than what languages you know. Current systems touch Python, Node, Shopify APIs, , and various AI tooling.
