Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Barranquilla for an IT Support Systems and Automation Specialist. The key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, maintaining hardware and software, automating routine processes for operational efficiency, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The Specialist will collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and implement automation solutions to optimize workflows. Regular documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders to streamline IT processes are integral to the role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
2+ years of experience
in IT Support, Systems Support, or a related technical role.
- Solid knowledge of
coding
and experience
creating and managing bots
(automation required).
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365
and
Microsoft Teams
, including configuration and support.
- Strong skills in
Google Sheets
, including data optimization, reporting, and process automation.
- Experience supporting
IT infrastructure
: hardware, software, networks, and user access management.
- Familiarity with
telephony systems
and communication tools is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work
on-site in Barranquilla
.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
