Sola Wood Flowers is looking to grow our customer service team The adecuado candidate has a background in customer service and experience using Shopify.

What will you be doing?
- Answering customer questions via email, phone, and other channels. You should be comfortable taking phone calls, and making phone calls.
- Helping manage our online community on Facebook and posting on social media.
- Outbound calls to existing customers. This is for wedding consultations, and for customer service issues.
- Other tasks related to improving the customer experience, like conducting customer research.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Passion for service and creating a wonderful Customer Experience
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Genuine passion for helping customers learn about our products.
- A background in sales or customer service.
