Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. US Sourcing — Experienced Hire

Work you will do

As a sourcer, you will collaborate with the COE to develop, implement, and execute a strategic sourcing strategy to source viable candidates who contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company and our clients. You may work in any of our businesses involving Consulting, Tax, Advisory, or Audit

The Sourcer will deliver comprehensive sourcing strategy and source highly qualified candidates' on-demand. He/she will serve as expert on direct sourcing strategies, tools, methodologies and practices.

· Collaborate with aligned recruitment stakeholders to create and implement sourcing strategies for active and passive talent pool.

· Focus on target companies and industries to identify talent for various recruiting needs.

· Pursue and make use of feasible sourcing tools (deep web search, social media, databases, networking, internet, job boards, LinkedIn, In-house database and ATS channels) to source qualified candidates.

· Execute various type of market Intel requests like talent mapping, market data intelligence, compensation analysis, name generation etc.

· Collaborate with stakeholders and submit qualified candidates with phone number and emails via ATS (Salesforce or Avature).

· Support Sourcing and Recruiting Managers with tracking/data entry into candidate management tools like Salesforce and Avature.

At Deloitte, Talent Acquisition team is placed within the Core Talent Services—Talent Acquisition team supports the organization with Talent solutions.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelors' degree

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills

· 2-4 years of experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, Social media and deep web search at an executive search firm, management consulting in an HR related field or recruiting within a corporate environment, including passive candidate identification, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools.

· Knowledge in supporting mid-level to executive searches.

· Strong knowledge of recruiting-based websites, applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques. Candidate identification via Boolean/internet searching.

· Proficient in MS-office

Preferred

· Adherence to sourcing processes, guidelines, defined SLA, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines

· Experience with Taleo, Salesforce, and/or Avature

· Ability to identify candidates for respective industry/service lines, prescreen candidates, and propose

Location: Hyderabad

Shift timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
