- *Recruitment Marketing Specialist**

nacts as a strategic marketing partner to the Recruitment team, responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting talent through digital marketing, employer branding, and community engagement initiatives.n

This role focuses on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by supporting recruiters with tools and content, and executing external programs that improve hiring outcomes, workforce stability, and brand visibility. By bridging marketing and recruitment, this position ensures talent strategies align with workforce needs and service delivery goals, ultimately driving sustainable hiring success.

- *REQUIREMENTS:**
- *Education:**

nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.n
- *Technical Skills:**

nknowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)



for content creation. Proficiency in social media analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools is a plus. Strong understanding of SEO principles and online engagement strategies is a plus.n
- *Experience:**

n3+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing support. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. Familiarity with ATS systems, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, etc.) is a plus.n

Experience in community engagement and building partnerships with schools, universities, and local organizations. Knowledge of employer branding strategies and marketing best practices.

Experience creating data-driven reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.

n

Experience working with teams in Colombia and the Philippines is a plus; schedule flexibility is required.

- *RESPONSABILITIES:**
- *Talent Attraction & Pipeline Development**
- Design and execute proactive talent attraction strategies leveraging marketing channels, technology, and data.
- Build and manage community outreach programs with schools, universities, job boards, and local organizations.
- Develop partnerships to strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
- *Recruitment Marketing & Campaigns**




- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job platforms, and digital channels.
- Create and manage content such as social posts, videos, and success stories aligned with hiring needs.
- Ensure consistency of employer brand voice across all candidate touchpoints.
- *Reporting & Performance Analysis**
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, engagement, conversions, cost per hire).
- Monitor recruitment funnels and optimize based on performance data.
- Pull data from multiple sources including CRM systems, social media analytics, and marketing platforms.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommend continuous improvements.
- *Employer Branding & Digital Presence**
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other professional platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn Life and brand storytelling.
- Position recruiters as thought leaders through content, networking, and digital presence.
- *Candidate Engagement & Experience**
- Develop candidate-facing materials such as interview guides, resume tips, and LinkedIn optimization resources.
- Improve communication and follow-up processes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Support referral and re-engagement strategies to maximize talent retention.

- Create standardized templates, interview materials, and branded content for recruitment teams.
- Provide tools and resources that improve recruiter efficiency and candidate engagement.
