Customer Service Representative
Locations: Bogotá – SURA Rosales | Cali – Versalles
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service professionals to support medical providers and members in a remote call-center environment. Under the guidance of the Customer Service Lead, this role manages inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, web portal, and mail, ensuring accurate documentation and a positive service experience.
Training Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Colombia Time
Operations Schedule (post-training):
• Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Colombia Time
• Flexibility and full availability during operational hours is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service emails and tickets: sort, respond, follow up, and archive
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound call queues
• Resolve access and submission issues
• Conduct outreach calls to providers and members
• Research and follow up on billing and claims inquiries
• Support account management, provider relations, and operations projects
• Maintain accurate documentation across systems
Requirements:
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High typing speed and system navigation (Windows OS, MS Office, web platforms)
• Strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
• Quiet, professional workspace with reliable high-speed internet
• Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
• ZenDesk knowledge is a plus
