This position provides coverage for multiple operational tasks, supporting documentation, case tracking, data reconciliation, and lead processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.This role is critical to maintaining brand integrity, ensuring timely follow‑ups, and supporting internal teams through reliable execution of administrative and operational workflows. It is not a marketing or creative role, but rather a process‑driven operations support position.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and distribute formal Cease & Desist (C&D;) letters in English.Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for active and closed cases.Follow up on pending responses and ensure proper case status tracking.Coordinate doctor referrals for clients,



ensuring all required information and documents are delivered and correctly recorded.Perform data reconciliation tasks, validating information across multiple systems and resolving discrepancies.Process, categorize, and assign incoming leads with accuracy and urgency.Enter and update data in internal systems, ensuring consistency and data integrity.Support internal metrics, reporting, and operational tracking.Assist with general brand protection, compliance, and internal communication tasks as required.Provide operational coverage for tasks typically handled by multiple team members (floater function).Required Skills & QualificationsStrong written communication skills in English, especially for drafting formal and professional correspondence.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage repetitive, detail‑oriented tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Proficiency with ad
