As a **Documentation Specialist**, you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Prepare, review, and process all shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and customs documentation (AES filing, export documentation i.e. MBL, HBL.).
- Create batch records and maintain accurate and organized records of all documentation.




- Liaise with clients and carriers, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movement.
- Coordinate with the operation team to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Provide updates and respond to inquiries from clients regarding documentation status.
- Verify the accuracy of documentation against shipment details, and verify hazardous materials shipping paperwork..
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner to avoid delays in shipment processing.
- Ensure all shipment documentation complies with customs rules and regulations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with documentation.
- Work proactively to prevent and address documentation-related problems that may arise during the shipping process.
