As a **Bilingual Sales Call Center Representative**, you will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting our services, and closing sales. You will utilize your bilingual skills to build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions, all while meeting sales targets and providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Engage in consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and present appropriate services in both English and Spanish




- Effectively communicate product benefits, features, and promotions to increase sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries and objections, providing solutions and closing sales
- Follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records, including sales activity, contact information, and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in both English and Spanish**(verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience in a call center or similar environment is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills
