**What You'll Do**:
- Call members to book in-home or telehealth visits
- Answer inbound calls on English queue
- Update CRM and scheduling system after each call
- Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
- Confirm next steps before ending calls
- Escalate urgent needs fast (clear path)
**Must-Haves**:
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- 1+ year call center or customer service experience
- Basic CRM and scheduling tools
- Onsite in Cali, no remote option
- Able to work PST hours from Colombia
- Reliable attendance, no late logins
**Nice to Have**:
- Healthcare scheduling experience
- High call volume handling (30 to 50 calls per day)
