Job Description GateSource HR is seeking an experienced Gold Project Manager with experience in Tailings Recovery to lead the development, commissioning, and operational ramp‑up of a large‑scale gold tailings reprocessing facility. This position is focused exclusively on tailings retreatment and recovery. The successful candidate will bring deep, hands‑on expertise in modern gold recovery circuits and the management of complex slurry and tailings systems,



including remediation of legacy contaminants. This is a high‑impact leadership role requiring strong technical execution, accelerated delivery capability, and proven success in operating and scaling gold tailings processing plants. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end execution of an industrial gold tailings recovery project from commissioning through steady‑state production. Oversee daily plant operations involving gravity recovery, Cerrian leaching (CIL/CIP), and associated gold recovery systems.
